Taso Advisory is a public policy and public affairs consultancy with a particular expertise in digital technology and the creative industries. Our clients include some of the most exciting technology and creative businesses in the world, from listed businesses to hyperscaling startups.
We work with our clients to understand and manage their political, regulatory and policy challenges and opportunities. Our primary geographical focus is the UK, but we have a growing EU practice. About the role
This is a senior role with significant opportunity to help build a fast-growing business and to be a part of that growth. It will suit someone who loves tech policy and the politics behind it, as well as applying their insight to commercial challenges.
You will run your own accounts, working on your own and with colleagues to deliver tailored and high quality advice to clients. There is no line management with this role, and line management is not a material factor for seniority or remuneration at Taso Advisory.
Client management - You will deliver across a number of accounts and will provide clients with both strategic and tactical advice. You will be confident and authoritative and will inspire client trust. You will be responsible for ensuring that your clients’ needs are met.
Tech policy expertise - You will be a subject matter expert in tech policy. You will be able to advise clients and colleagues on the policy and politics behind online safety, competition, data, and more. You will come with a strong background and will be given the space and time to develop your expertise further.
Business development and growth- You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities. This will include expanding existing accounts, securing new business, and supporting marketing activities to increase the business’s visibility. You will lead and support on pitches and reviews of existing accounts.
